I’ve been a client of Oasis Tires for a few years now but is the first time I buy something from the Joe Battle store and I’m very grateful for that, the service and attention that I received from Ruby and the rest of the staff was amazing, they went to work to find the type of tires I wanted and had them ready to be installed a couple of hours later, they will listen to your needs and get the job done without trying to force you to buy something that you don’t need. Will go back for sure. Thank you.

Had a fantastic experience at Oasis Tire Shop. The team was professional, fast, and super friendly from the moment I walked in. I needed help before a road trip and realized my car didn’t come with a spare – something a lot of newer models skip now. They took care of me right away, explained my options without any pressure, and got me set up with a reliable spare tire in no time. Been there a few times and always had a great experience.

Made an appointment for 11 a.m. When I showed up 10 till 11 I stood for 20 minutes I front of the desk before anyone asked if I need assistance. Mind you they saw me standing there for 20 minutes. The young man who made the appointment from the beginning, told me that they were almost done with another alignment. That was in front of me. And that as soon as that car was done they would pull my car in 45 minutes later My truck was still in a parking space.Waiting to be serviced for a forty minute alignment. My alignment took from eleven o'clock to almost one o'clock to do an alignment. I have noticed that there is a huge turnaround rate when it comes to front and back employees.

Took my truck to Oasis and was extremely pleased with the knowledge and service provided by the salesman Rito. He walked me through the process and gave me options as to what I needed. No pressure at all. When I took my truck in for the transformation it only took 2 days to install my lift and tires and rims! They did an amazing job! The owner Noe even called the next day to make sure I was completely happy and satisfied with what they did. He ask if I had any concerns or issues and if I did later on he would address them right away. I highly recommended this family owned business because they care about making sure you are satisfied with the work they did. I’m a very happy customer! Thank you! 👍🏻

I called in the morning to ask about some wheels I saw advertised on FB marketplace and Julie answer the phone. She was really helpful and quickly check to see if they were in stock. I got there and Julie helped me right away. She showed me the wheels (given that they were used) and was able to get my truck in right away to get the new wheels mounted. The tires were dismounted from my old wheels and into the new ones right away, however, I needed new lug nuts and Julie placed the order right away. They were supposed to be there in 30 minutes, however, it took 2 hours for them to get there. This wasn’t their fault, and Julie and her boss kept calling them to inquire about the lug nuts. Once they came in, they put the new wheels with tires on my truck and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Even though there was that 2 hour delay, it wasn’t their fault. They were really helpful and I would definitely come back for another purchase. They even inspected my tires, old and new wheels, brakes, wheel bearings and my suspension complementary.
